"Rock-A-Bye" Baby Shower

Invitation by Mimi's Dollhouse

For my latest party, I threw a baby shower for my cousin. Her husband was in a rock band (how cool is that) and so I thought it was only fitting to do a "rock-a-bye-baby" baby shower. The party came together because of the amazing printables.  Holly from Mimi's Dollhouse is so talented and created these for me. My favorite part of the party was the "rocker" food. This printable set will also be available in her shop so you can also create a "rocking" party.

ENJOY!

Tutorial on how to make the Kool-Aid popcorn here. Party favor cone supply from The Wood Connection and you can find the tutorial plus giveaway HERE. This party cone was also featured on Studio 5

Glue vinyl records onto glass cups for serving platters. Total cost: 1.25 each.

Party favors were made using a chocolate music note mold from Gygi's discount code for my readers at the bottom of this post.  Tutorial for the chicken wire frame here

Instead of games, I came up with this idea of writing down wishes for the baby. We then gave it to the future mother for her scrapbook.... Okay I read what people wrote before I gave them to her and boy there were some funny wishes!

This fun printable is available here.

This whole party was for this future rock star!
