These hairy mustaches were the center pieces for my Mustache Bash. I wanted to give them some texture so what better way then with hair like fabric. Gross I know, but it made them that much more real looking.
Let's get started...
Get your supplies. I chose different shaped mustaches and different size dowels for the center pieces as well as the front walk way.
STEP 1. Prime and paint your mustaches and dowels.
I used fur sheets from Hobby Lobby but you can also use the roll. I found the sheets to be easier and cheaper. You also need a glue gun to glue on the fur. I love my Imaginisce cordless PINK glue gun.
STEP 2: Trace the mustache onto the sheet of fur/hair
STEP 3: Hot glue the hair onto the wooden mustache.
STEP 4: Once glued on, trim any excess hair.
(sticky mustaches purchased HERE)
YOUR DONE!
